Here's how:

1. Get the latest release of Adobe's Acrobat Reader.
2. Download our online application.
3. Complete the application and get it back to us!

This application cannot be used to apply for a mortgage or home equity loan. Please contact our office for those applications.

You can fill out this application on your computer, and fax it directly to us! Or, if you prefer, you can print the blank form out and fill it in by hand. Just bring it by the credit union or fax it to either of our offices. Sorry, but you can't e-mail the completed form.

You'll need a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader (3.02 or newer). Click on the button above. The Acrobat Reader is a tool you'll use over and over again in your journeys across the web.

Once you have the newest release of Acrobat Reader, you can download the application. To save the application on your own machine, so you can fill it in or print it whenever you'd like, you should right-click on Step #2 above, and select "Save Target as..." (in Microsoft Explorer) or "Save Link as..." (in Netscape) and save the application where you can find it (302k).

You can print the blank application after you've downloaded it, and fill it in by hand, or you can simply fill it in on your computer and fax it directly to us when you're done!
