*Must have access to online banking. First, you will need to login to your online banking and ‘Enable’ Mobile, then download the app from your iTunes or Google Play App Stores.
Deposit a check in a snap of a button!
After you log into the mobile app, scroll down to Snap Mobile Check Deposit.
Make sure you follow the instructions to properly endorse your check. If a check is submitted that is missing any of the numbered 1-4 requirements below, it will be rejected and you will have to contact us.

Enter the amount of the check and select which account you wish to deposit it to.
Take photos of the front and back.
You will receive a reference number (you might want to write this down for record keeping)
What do I do with my check after it is deposited?
Keep it in a safe place! Once you see the check deposit in your account, write VOID on it and keep it in a safe place for 60 days. Make sure you do not deposit the check again.
How do I know if my deposit was approved?
You will receive an email to let you know if the deposit was “APPROVED” or “NOT APPROVED”.
Is there a cut-off time?
Our business days are Monday-Friday, except holidays. Any deposits received after 3:00 PM MDT will be processed the next business day. Any deposits submitted after 3:00 PM MDT on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, will be processed on the next business day.
Is it free to use the Mobile App and Snap Mobile Check Deposit?
Yes, it is free* for PGAFCU members to use the mobile app and mobile check deposit.
* NSF or returned check fees will still apply the same as they do if deposited at the branch.
What accounts can I deposit to?
You should be able to select any savings or checking that you are an owner/joint owner.
How much can I deposit?
The maximum deposit amount is $2,500.00 on one day, but cannot exceed $5,000.00 in one month.
The maximum number of checks that can be deposited per day is 3 and up to 5 in one month.
Can I pay my loan payment?
The check cannot go directly to your loan payment, but you can deposit it to your savings or checking. Once the funds are available in your account, then you will be able to make the transfer to pay your loan. Keep in mind that funds may not be available for immediate transfer per the Funds Availability Policy.
